To open a support ticket, first, go to the client area and log into your Gotmyhost account. There on the menu on top go to Open a Support Ticket.
There select the appropriate department according to your issue.
Now your name and mail will be automatically filled up, fill up the rest of the form.
Enter the subject or the headline of your issue, then change the department if you want, select the service causing the issue, and set the priority level of the issue.
Describe the issue in the arrow-marked area. Include all the necessary information required to solve the issue.
If you want to add any files such as screenshots of the problem you can add them in Attachments. Enter your domain name, Cpanel user, and password.
You must enter the Subject and Message to submit a ticket, you can keep the other fields empty if you want.
Finally, click on Submit to submit the ticket.
