- Go to the Gotmyhost site
- Click on the live chat icon. As below seen –

It will show you a pop-up window of Live Chat.

- Fill up the form.
- Write your full name in the Name field of the form.
- Write your mail in the Email field. (Try to provide the email address that you used to create your Gotmyhost account.)
- Choose Department as your issue or query from the dropdown menu.
- Provide your cell phone number in the Phone field.
- If you are experiencing service issues, ask your question or detail us in the question field.
- Click start chat
Then it will take you to the live-chat window, where one of the Gotmyhost support agents will join to help you.
